If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as the order has not been shipped, we can change or cancel it.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

We only offer delivery via PostNL. With this, you will usually have your order within 1 business day! The delivery time can sometimes vary between 1-3 business days. Shipping costs €4.99 within the Netherlands and is free for orders over €70.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We strive for the highest quality in our products, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. This can be done via Instagram at @desystudios or fill out our contact form . We will make sure you get a replacement or a solution.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to return it. We can't exchange it for you, but you can always place a new order after returning it. The items must be unused and in their original condition. See more information in our returns policy .

How long does it take to get my money back after a return?

Once we have received and processed your return, it may take 5-10 business days for the money to appear back in your account. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed.

How do pre-orders work?

Bij Desy Studios bieden we de mogelijkheid om items in pre-order te bestellen. Dit betekent dat je items kunt reserveren voordat ze op voorraad zijn, zodat je zeker weet dat je ze krijgt zodra ze beschikbaar zijn.

Let op: als je een normaal product en een pre-order item in dezelfde bestelling plaatst, wordt je bestelling pas verzonden wanneer het pre-order item beschikbaar is. De levertijd van je bestelling zal dus gelijk zijn aan de levertijd van de pre-order.

Wil je je normale items sneller ontvangen? Plaats deze dan los van je pre-order, zodat je de producten die direct op voorraad zijn, eerder ontvangt.
